Why do you actually do what you do?
The Enneagram helps us understand what truly drives people on the inside.
I am a Type 6 myself.
When I discovered this, many things suddenly made sense. Many of my decisions are connected to a deep need for security.
Other people are driven by very different inner forces. For example:

some seek harmony
-
others need freedom and autonomy
-
some want things to be done correctly and properly
-
others want to be seen and appreciated
-
some love ideas, possibilities and adventure
-
others feel a strong drive to shape, lead and make things happen
We often assume—without even noticing—that our way of seeing the world is “normal.” We project our own perspective onto others.
And this is exactly where many misunderstandings begin.
Why are relationships sometimes easy—and sometimes difficult?
Many conflicts don’t arise because people don’t like each other, but because they are guided by different inner motivations.

One person asks many questions—because they are seeking security.

Another speaks very directly—because honesty matters to them.

Someone withdraws—to reflect and think things through.

And someone else tries to mediate—because harmony is important to them.
From the outside, this can seem confusing.
From the inside, it makes perfect sense.
The Enneagram helps us look beyond behaviour.
Suddenly we begin to understand:

and why relationships can sometimes feel challenging.
And this is where something begins to change.
Misunderstanding turns into understanding.

Three sessions of 60 minutes each to support deep self-understanding and personal growth.

We begin with an introduction to the Enneagram and a personal conversation exploring your behaviors, thought patterns, and inner motivations. You’ll receive initial insights into possible types and start to recognize your internal structure.
🌱 Session 2 – Exploration & Differentiation
Together, we take a closer look at the nuances between different types. Through guided questions and reflection, I support you in understanding your deeper patterns with more clarity.
🌱 Session 3 – Growth & Integration
The Enneagram not only reveals why you act and react the way you do — it also points to where you can grow. In this final session, we explore your potential path of development.
As an InnerLifeSkills Wisdom Partner and certified Enneagram Coach with over 400 hours of experience in typing sessions and Enneagram workshops, I’m here to support you with proven methods and heartfelt presence.
This process invites you to understand yourself — and others — more deeply. It opens the door to insight, compassion, and sustainable inner growth.
Price range: CHF 120–200 per hour – depending on your budget. Higher rates apply for corporate engagements.
