Hello! I’m Caroline Tanja Banz, certified Relationship & Enneagram Coach and co-founder of Ennaya. What drives me: helping people connect more deeply with themselves and others – with presence, heart, and holistically.

• I bring 300+ hours of Enneagram typing experience – with corporate clients, couples, and individuals.

• I'm a certified InnerlifeSkills Master Coach and part of a global network of 20+ InnerLifeSkills Master Coach Trainers and over 200 coaches.

• As a Sexological & Trauma-informed Bodywork Practitioner, I work with a therapeutic approach, and it’s always moving to see how people reconnect with themselves and their bodies through this work.

• As a professional singer, I sometimes bring the Enneagram to life through music – with voice, emotion, and depth.

• A lifelong musician, I’ve been singing and playing the piano since childhood, and I love to use my music to move people and inspire them to connect with their true selves.

• Mother of two wonderful sons, I’m also in love with the canton of Ticino and a big fan of Ayurveda.
