Hello! I’m Caroline Tanja Banz

As a certified coach (InnerLifeSkills Master Coach, CPCC, PCC, ICF), an IEA-certified Enneagram Professional, and a trained Sexological Bodyworker ISSB®, I support people in a body-based, trauma-informed and mindful way – through coaching, Enneagram work and embodied practices.

What drives me: helping people connect more deeply with themselves and others – with presence, heart, and holistically.

I bring 300+ hours of Enneagram typing experience – with corporate clients, couples, and individuals.

As a certified InnerLifeSkills Master Coach, I am part of an international network of over 20 InnerLifeSkills Master Coach Trainers and more than 200 coaches worldwide.

As a Sexological & Trauma-informed Bodywork Practitioner, I work with a therapeutic approach, and it’s always moving to see how people reconnect with themselves and their bodies through this work.

I’ve been singing and playing the piano since childhood, and I love to use my music to move people and inspire them to connect with their true selves. I’m in the band Shellstone.
